Every year we have a family reunion and we all stay in Adel. And every year I look forward to coming to this restaurant. The food is delicious, and so authentic. I have searched and searched for years for a place near me that serves chile rellenos as good as this place, and I haven’t found one yet. I’m already looking forward to coming back next July! Oh, and the birthday pie to the face was most excellent!

Visited for the first time last night. The food was good and portions were large. The tea was southern style sweet, and freshly brewed. The salsa has a little kick, and we enjoyed it. Service was prompt and the atmosphere was cozy. Can not wait to go back.

Nice place. Good vibe, good prices. The carne asada was ok. The tortilla chips were great! But that seems to be the norm around here. Was planning to smuggle some back to London but ended up eating them all before I'd even arrived at the airport. Must try harder next time.

Hubby's birthday he loves to eat here. He loves the shrimp 🍤 tacos

Found another place that can accommodate a Vegan :-) and the portions were just right and homestyle. Ordered the Veggie Fajita's, I asked for no rice and no cheese on the beans, also comes with salad and here also no cheese and no sour cream. I sometimes opt out of 3 corn/flour tortillas, your choice, but if I need the carbs/sugar for that day I'll eat them. They also have a Bar which is great, when I feel like having a real cold one to cool me down.

I was really excited to go to this restaurant. Unfortunately the tamale was really hard and dry, the street style tacos were served upside down, and the cheese quesadilla was something I literally could have asked a five-year-old make. The service was lackluster and the overall experience cost more than I would have been willing to pay for the quality of what I received. 2/10 won't go again.

Food was very bland with no seasoning. It was not even mediocre. Just really bad. Fajitas were served with no tortillas. Margaritas glasses were not full but the waitresses​ were attentive. I've had better Mexican food from the can. Who can you tell about the poor food, the owner can't speak English. Will not spend anymore money here.

Good place but watch out the waitress will scam you! Went for 99 cent tacos and asked about it. Waa shown choices and ended up with a 30+ dollar bill for none 99 cent tacos. Good tacos but should have been .99 like we asked about.

The food is so good and affordable! Cheapest margaritas in town.

I'm pretty picky about my Mexican restaurants. This one stole my heart 3 years ago and became my favorite place to grab a bite to eat. The street tacos are OFF THE CHAIN! And I don't even like cilantro. 😂 The staff is always ON POINT! It's always clean, food is always fresh and hot, and the restaurant provides such good vibes when you're dining in. Best restaurant in Adel, hands down!

Cute atmosphere but the food was very lackluster.The beef in the tacos was bland and slightly unpleasant smelling. The enchilada sauce was disturbingly sweet!The fajitas were okay, but a large portion was just huge slices of onion that weren't very well cooked - - literally only 4 small/med pieces of green pepper. The beef was a little tough but okay flavor and about what you'd expect.Chops and salsa were decent!I loved the way it was decorated but I wasn't such a fan of the food.

I've actually only ate here once just recently and was very surprised it was late in the night right at chloes and they still served us with a smile and cooked the food with no questions I will definitely be coming back

well I ate my meal after everyone else at table had already eaten because they "got confused in the kitchen." didn't over me a drink refill, and didn't really care my food came out 45 minutes after my dinner companions. Go to Don Julios down the road, so much better.
